First, let me introduce myself. My mother named me Jonathan Graynor but at most jobs, I’ve went by JG (Jon and Jonathan are popular names apparently. Who knew????)
I’m a New York City native who’s spent my career building campaigns and experiences that live at the intersection of culture, creativity, and business impact. From leading multi-million-dollar brand activations to rolling up my sleeves and scripting TikToks, to growing accounts and teams, I thrive at blending strategy with execution to create work that not only wins awards but also moves people—and bottom lines.
My background spans agencies, brands, and entrepreneurial ventures, giving me a 360° perspective on marketing. I’ve helped launch immersive tours for global spirits brands, reimagined what a pop-up can be for luxury fashion, produced live concerts with world-class artists, and built digital and social strategies that sparked millions of engagements. Whether it’s experiential, partnerships, or digital storytelling, my focus is always the same: craft work that connects audiences to brands in ways that feel authentic, memorable, and measurable.
Outside of work, I’m just as driven by culture. I’m fueled by the energy of live music, hospitality, travel, fashion, wellness, pop culture and digital trends, and food (when I’m not running campaigns, I’m often in the kitchen testing recipes for my cooking project, Mad Delicious Kitchen). I believe the best marketing borrows from life—moments, conversations, and experiences that people actually care about—and I bring that mindset to every project I take on.
