HangarFour was asked to create a YouTube video series that highlighted key topics job seekers and current employees faced in the workplace, but told from the perspective of those of authority in their respective fields. From that brief, Career Talks by Indeed was born
Career Talks is an original video series produced for Indeed to surface real, unscripted conversations between our host and high-level executives. The goal: to bridge the gap between aspiration and insight by letting top leaders share their stories, challenges, and career advice in a conversational format. The series is topic-driven (e.g. “imposter syndrome,” “work-life balance,” “career pivots”), and viewers help shape future episodes via polls.
As the lead on this campaign at HangarFour, my role spanned strategy, host and guest curation, creative development, script and talking point development, video production oversight, and growth & engagement tactics to position Indeed as a brand that invests in professional development and authentic storytelling.
Key Metrics / 20,509 total views over 3 month campaign, 14% Click-through rate average, approx 40% increase in subscribers
