Concertpass Events + Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships

As a rewards app connecting fans with exclusive access to live music and cultural experiences, Concertpass needed to build its presence through consistent, high-quality events. The goal was to curate memorable experiences that would strengthen the brand, attract sponsors, engage audiences through music, art, and lifestyle partnerships, and bring in more advertisers for our ad-supported business model.

During my tenure, we produced and supported more than 40 events, ranging from proprietary showcases to brand and sponsorship activations. Partnerships included Deep Eddy Vodka, New Belgium Brewing, and Entercom (Alt 92.3), among others. Depending on the event, our work spanned sponsorship procurement, marketing and promotion, influencer and VIP outreach, talent booking, and full event production (including A/V and logistics). Highlights included a private Grammy Week party for Morgan Stanley Sports & Entertainment, and an intimate VIP dinner and wine tasting at Chelsea Music Hall to launch upstARTs, our monthly music and art culture series.

As Director of Marketing & Events, I led strategy and execution across all event categories. I pitched and secured brand partnerships, managed talent and sponsor relationships, oversaw production teams, and curated VIP and influencer experiences. I also worked with partners on digital overlays and marketing campaigns to extend the reach of live activations and maximize ROI. My role blended creative vision with operational leadership to deliver events that consistently drove audience engagement and brand value.
