Rainforest VIP NYFW Event

During New York Fashion Week, Rainforest Clothing wanted to stand out in a crowded landscape by showcasing their outerwear in a way that felt premium, personal, and different from a traditional runway show. The goal was to create an intimate experience that allowed guests to engage directly with the brand while reinforcing its design credibility at one of fashion’s biggest stages.

Hosted at Milk Studios—a marquee venue for NYFW— in partnership with Lexus at their Lexus Lounge, the activation blended elements of a runway, showroom, and fitting. Three models served as “living mannequins,” engaging with VIP guests while rotating wardrobe looks to showcase the full collection. Rainforest’s head menswear and womenswear designers were present to speak with attendees, adding depth and authenticity to the experience. Drinks were provided by Absolut and snacks by Milk Bar, making for a complete hospitality-driven evening. The result was an intimate yet impactful fashion moment during one of the busiest weeks of the year.

I led the event strategy and execution, working with Lexus to secure the space and align brand objectives. I oversaw the show format, coordinated with designers and models, and managed partner integrations with Absolut and Milk Bar. I also curated the VIP guest list, ensuring the right mix of media, influencers, and fashion insiders attended, and handled on-site production to deliver a seamless experience.
