TAKE PRIDE LIVE!
Indeed wanted to celebrate Pride in a way that authentically championed inclusivity and reinforced its commitment to equality and belonging in the workplace. The goal was to create a cultural moment that highlighted LGBTQ+ voices while positioning the brand as a supportive partner to the community.
We launched Take Pride Live!—a talk show–style live concert and cultural activation at the historic Rainbow Room. The program featured LGBTQ+ artists, leaders, influencers, and allies through live music, panel discussions, game-show segments, and storytelling. Beyond the room, the campaign extended across digital and social channels.
At HangarFour, I led the campaign from concept to execution. I oversaw event production and creative programming, managed talent and influencer outreach, and directed the digital strategy to ensure alignment with KPIs. I also worked with the team to implement new social reporting tools, capturing data that helped prove impact and amplify the campaign beyond Pride month.
Key Metrics / 1.4M impressions, 1.1M reach, 144K video views, and 52K engagements, plus more than 1,300 mentions and 4M potential impressions through the #TakePrideIndeed hashtag.
